# Traveler Terms of Service

> These terms govern use of Traveler, including accounts, subscriptions, shared trips, user content, acceptable use, availability, and legal responsibilities.

## Provider and agreement

Traveler is provided by bonyxdd, an independent developer based in the Czech Republic. By creating an account or using Traveler, a user agrees to these terms. Applicable Apple, Google, or other platform terms also apply when downloading the app or making purchases.

## Accounts and acceptable use

Users are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and activity under their accounts. Traveler must not be used unlawfully, to harm others, impersonate people, interfere with the service, probe security, scrape data without permission, or upload content that infringes rights.

## Content and shared trips

Users retain ownership of content they add and grant Traveler the permissions needed to store, process, display, and share it through features they choose. People invited to a shared trip may be able to view, edit, add photos, and save that trip. Users should share only information they are entitled to share.

## Subscriptions and availability

Paid features, if offered, are purchased through the applicable app store and are governed by its billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. Traveler may change, suspend, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

## Responsibility and governing law

Traveler is provided subject to mandatory consumer protections. Liability limitations do not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by Czech law without removing mandatory protections available in a consumer's country of residence.
